  • $150 set-up fee

Accounts Receivable

starting at $100/month

  • create, send & track invoices to customers

  • send reminders for past-due invoices

  • up to 50 invoices per month

  • track & verify all payments are received, timely & correct (cash, credit cards, invoices, etc)

Accounts Payable

starting at $100/month

  • ensure all bills and vendors are paid on time

  • cut down on as many fees as possible

  • budget planning and assistance

Payroll

starting at $75/month

  • enter & submit payroll

  • bi-weekly or weekly payroll

  • includes paying payroll taxes (up to 2 states)

  • optional add-on: enter & email sales commission statements

  • optional add-on: PTO/Vacation Tracking

Full Service

starting at $575/month

  • Bookkeeping Basic services (set-up fee still applicable)

  • Accounts Receivable services

  • Accounts Payable services

  • Payroll services (optional add-ons not included)

  • Ensure P&L and Balance Sheet are updated & ready when needed

Clean-up Service

  • Basic Bookkeeping Services for past months and/or years.

  • Quote will be provided based on clean-up needs.
